Bio: Daniel joined Johnson, Smith, Hibbard, & Wildman Law Firm, LLP as an associate attorney in 2015 and became a partner in 2020. Daniel primarily focuses his practice on commercial real estate, residential real estate, economic incentives, and business law. Prior to joining JSHW, Daniel worked with the Supreme Court of South Carolina as a staff attorney and later a law clerk to then Justice Costa Pleicones. Daniel attended the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was actively involved in numerous organizations and received the 2013 Compleat Lawyer Bronze Award at his graduation ceremony. Prior to law school, Daniel attended the University of South Carolina where he graduated with a double major in investment finance and real estate. Daniel grew up in Spartanburg County and attended Woodruff public schools.
Hobbies: Daniel enjoys golf, hunting, being active in his community, and spending time with his friends and family. Daniel, his wife Melissa, and daughter Adelyn live in Spartanburg.
